Oh ye of little faith! Well, actually, oh me of little faith, too. My favorite sentence: “Mets win; Yanks lose.” For a little while this year, that was happening regularly. Right now, not so much. But I’m trying to stay hopeful. Even on days when the box score is ugly, at least it distracts me for a few minutes from the ugliness of the nation.
For my money, you can never say enough about the (Brooklyn) Dodgers.
That's reassuring, Lew. Because I really have nothing else to say.
To me, Steve Cohen is the only uninteresting thing about the Mets. But then, I got a C in economics.
John -- Interesting, always, and now very rich. Just the way of things, I know, but it was so much fun being the un-Yanks. Cheers and thanks/fb
Keep the faith Fred. There’s is still a lot of baseball ahead of us😎
Jim -- That's the problem. Cheers.fb

The Mets are living proof of that eternal truth: Things can always be worse.

Keeping faith, fingers crossed.
